Last updated: 18 May 2026. ProteinRanking is pre-launch and currently carries no affiliate links and no advertising. This page states plainly how money and ranking are kept apart, now and when we launch.

Affiliate links

There are no affiliate links on this site today. When we launch, some outbound links may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. If and when that happens it will be disclosed clearly, and this page will be updated with the concrete details before any such link goes live.

Independence

Ranking order is produced by our validation engine and is determined solely by validated data. Advertisers cannot pay for placement, pay to change a score, or pay to be included or excluded. Commission, if it ever exists, never influences the ranking or what we validate. How the ranking is computed is documented on the methodology page.

No fabricated content

We do not publish fake reviews, invented testimonials, or made-up traffic or user numbers. The public demo is explicitly synthetic and labelled as such. If we ever publish sponsored content it will be labelled as advertising and kept separate from rankings; there is none today.
